Bidding Rules:                   
All prospective bidders must be pre-approved by the auctioneer prior to bidding.  Bidders will be contacted by Auctioneers Tim McCulloch or David Meyers, via telephone to take bids.  Minimum increase will be $2,500. BIDDERS MUST ADVANCE THE BID TO STAY IN. If a bidder passes, they will not be called back to increase later bids. Each increase will be documented.  Bidders will remain anonymous until a high bid is achieved, and the auction is closed.  Participant’s contact information will then be distributed to all.  High bid subject to confirmation of the seller.
